A stats geek with an MBA and 10 years’ experience in market research and then Customer Experience, I founded PRPSFL in 2019 to inspire people to discover Purpose, so they can love work and lead more fulfilling lives. I have a passion for problem-solving, a skill for summarising complex information and making it simple, and a determination to add value for everyone with whom I come into contact.
-The majority of people don’t love their jobs, many of them even think they’re pointless.
-Productivity in the UK is stagnant, despite long working hours and improving technology.
-Progress towards a more equal and fair society is not linear, nor is it guaranteed.
These three things are linked and it doesn’t have to be this way.
-People working in organisations with Purpose are more engaged, happier and healthier: they are more fulfilled and contribute more to society.
-People working in organisations with Purpose are more productive, innovative and make better decisions: they make better, more productive organisations.
-Organisations working with Purpose are more likely to be profitable in the short term and successful in the long run: they contribute more tax and play a more active role in their communities.
PRPSFL exists to inspire people to discover Purpose, love work and lead more fulfilling lives.
